*All materials and equipment within the scope of this COIL CARE plan agreement and not covered by OEM warranty or COIL’s standard 1-year warranty shall will be billed at cost with a 25% margin. Labor costs for the materials or equipment replacements not covered by OEM warranty or COIL's standard 1-year warranty will be billed per the pricing schedule listed in the COIL CARE plan agreement. All cleaning supplies, lubricants, filters, and equipment required to perform the Preventative Maintenance are included.
